Troy Ave takes a shot at Joey Bada$$ on "Good Girl Gone Bad"
The ongoing feud between "Doo Doo" rapper Troy Ave and Brooklyn rapper, Joey Bada$$ continues on Troy Ave's latest release "Good Girl Gone Bad."
The track begins being out spending time with a girl who had "gone bad" after meeting him, but then Troy makes room to take simultaneous shots at the Brooklyn rapper.
"More realer than Joey Bad, he's a sucker, you feel me?" the 30-year old Brooklyn, New York rapper spits on the second verse.
Troy and Joey's altercation goes back to 2015 when the Major Without a Deal rapper called Joey "fake independent" after the 21-year old rapper called himself the #1 independent Hip Hop artist in the world.
Joey's release of “Ready,” called Troy Ave out over his dismal album sales resulting in a back-and-forth Twitter spat.
Troy Ave controversially responded to Joey's lyrical lashing with “Bad Ass,” a track that takes aim at Joey’s appearance, lack of radio singles and the late Pro Era member Capital Steez, who took his own life in December 2012.
