Future Files Countersuit Against Ciara – Calls Her Last Album A ‘Flop’
Future claps back at Ciara’s $15 million defamation lawsuit saying that the I Bet singer didn’t have much of a reputation to defame.
In the suit, obtained by The Jasmine Brand, Future claims he couldn’t ruin Ciara’s rep because she doesn’t currently have one. His countersuit calls the singer’s fanbase “reasonably large,” but also claims her 2015 album Jackie was a “flop.” Furthermore, he says she hasn’t won many awards since 2013.
Basically, Future wants the court to force Ciara to stop bad mouthing him, and he wants her to cover the legal fees he’s incurred fighting her lawsuit.
