#LEMONADE the Visual Album - Beyonce
LEMONADE is here. After premiering her one-hour film on HBO, Beyoncé drops her sixth album of the same name via TIDAL.
The 12-track set, which includes the controversial single “Formation” that she performed at the Super Bowl, features each song from the audio-visual film, with guest appearances from Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, James Blake, and Jack White, plus production from Diplo, Jack White, Hit-Boy, Boots, Mike Dean, Just Blaze, Mike WiLL Made-It, and more.
Queen Bey spent the past year secretly shooting footage for the film, lensing clips on Skid Row in Los Angeles and the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans. The special itself pieced together music videos with spoken-word segments from Bey and artistic vignettes of black-and-white images, dissecting her husband Jay Z’s alleged infidelity and coping with the aftermath.
