Snoop Dogg Set To Appear In & Executive Produce MTV Weed Show
Snoop Dogg is taking his talents to MTV. On Monday, it was reported that the West Coast legend will be executive producing a new weed-inspired TV series for MTV called “Mary + Jane.” In addition, Snoop will be handling the series’ theme song, along with providing a special cameo in the show as well.
“You don’t know when he’s going to appear,” executive producer Deborah Kaplan said. “You have to watch all the way to an end to see him.”
The show is focused around two girls leading an all-female weed delivery service in Los Angeles. Starring Jessica Rothe and Scout Durwood, the show is set to premiere on Sept. 5 at 10PM via MTV.
