JUST ANNOUNCED: Bay Dreams Festival Release Extra Tickets
After selling out with 2 months to go, Bay Dreams have made many people happy just before Christmas. Promoters have released 3000 tickets for the Mt Maunganui festival.
The main party gets underway on January 2, with US hip-hop star Yelawolf just confirmed. Undoubtedly one of the festival’s must-sees, the Alabama MC is known as one of the quickest and “lyrically dexterous” spitters in the game.
Also announced is LA’s AC Slater - renowned for his unique blend of house music, dirty UK garage-inspired bass lines and old school rave synths.
Rounding off the third and final installment is one of New Zealand’s leading forces in the drum ‘n’ bass scene, TREI; local Bay of Plenty jack of all trades, Brutus Powers; Dead Recipe; Booty Brothers; AC Slater and Kiwi producer Troy Kete.
They join the already revealed line-up:
Shapeshifter, SKREAM, Sticky Fingers, Grandmaster Flash and Bizzy Bone, Ryan Hemsworth, Kilter, Summer Thieves, Herman Saiz, Rory Noble, Katchafire, Kora, Concord Dawn and Home Brew.
With such an epic line-up, and being situated just minutes away from Mount Maunganui and Papamoa beaches, Bay Dreams is gearing up to be one of the hottest tickets around this New Year, so those planning on being there need to get in quick to avoid disappointment. For those coming from out of town, there is onsite camping for two nights from January 1.
On Thursday Dec 22nd at 7pm the final tickets will go on sale to general public. Waiting list will take priority at 6pm. FROM HERE
