Wiz Khalifa & Former Manager Settle Their Lawsuits
Wiz Khalifa and his former manager Benjy Grinberg have reached a joint settlement agreement. The legal battle between the two began when Wiz sued Grinberg, founder of Rostrum records, last June for $1 million over he called an "unfair 360 deal." Later that month, Rostrum countersued for $2 million for unpaid royalties and earnings. Today, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that "all disputes between the two parties have been resolved following a joint settlement agreement." No details of the agreement have been released, but it has been confirmed that "both parties are pleased with the outcome and look forward to putting this matter behind them." Wiz recently signed a distribution deal for Taylor Gang with Atlantic. His forthcoming studio album, Rolling Papers 2, is expected to be released later this year.
