Chance The Rapper has won "Best New Artist" at the Grammys tonight. He beat out nominees including Anderson .Paak and The Chainsmokers. Chano is the first unsigned artist in history to achieve this milestone. He was joined on stage by frequent collaborator Peter Cottontale and his manager Pat.
