Chris Brown Dismisses Allegations Of Drug Abuse & Anger Issues
Chris Brown has replied to a new Billboard feature that chronicles his alleged "downward spiral" over the course of the last few years.
The article claims that the singer has been caught in a vicious cycle of tantrums and drug abuse: that he would lash out at everyone around him -- his manager, his bodyguards, even police officers -- and "stay up for as long as three days in a row, snorting cocaine and dabbling in Xanax, marijuana, Molly and lean."
Brown dismissed the article's claims in an Instagram video.
“Y’all gotta stop with this angry shit, going through drugs and all this other shit," he said. "I’m tired of reading about some shit as soon as I got something popping. Soon as I want to promote a tour, party, or a fucking album, anything, y’all bring up something.”
He is currently gearing up for "The Party Tour," which is set to begin at the end of this month.
"Y'all concerned with what girl I'm talking to or what person I'm dating or who I'm seen with," he said. "I'll be seen with whoever I want to be seen with. Just like you can be. People can be who they want to be."
"I am not hurting out here. Trust me," he concluded, turning the camera so that it showed his collection of expensive cars. "Y'all niggas got it fucked up."
