Chance The Rapper Announces Chance Arts And Literature Fund
Chance The Rapper made a special announcement in his hometown of Chicago, today.
The emcee launched the Chance Arts And Literature Fund for Chicago public schools (CPS) in need.
Chano said he is collaborating with the Children's First Fund to "bring arts program and materials to schools that have experienced a decrease in five-year graduation rates, experienced budget cuts, lack of textbooks and are without music or arts programs."
He also took the opportunity to announce that the NBA Chicago Bulls donated $1 million to CPS. "Shout to to Jimmy Butler, Dwayne Wade and Rajon Rondo," he said.
