Kendrick Lamar's DAMN. To Surpass 200 Million First Week Streams
DAMN. continues to prove a valuable addition to Kendrick's discography, both artistically and commercially. The Compton rapper's fourth studio album is officially projected to reach over 200 million first week streams, making him the second artist to achieve the feat. The first is, unsurprisingly, Drake.
According to HITS Daily Double, Spotify and Apple Music contributed 120 million streams to the cause. Nine out of ten spots on the Spotify charts are DAMN. tracks, with nine out of eleven on Apple Music's charts.
