New Death Row Docuseries Is Coming To BET

A docuseries about Marion “Suge” Knight’s Death Row Records label is in the works at American network BET.
“Death Row Chronicles” will be comprised of six, one-hour episodes, and is described as “part true-crime murder mystery and part hip-hop drama”.
Production on the project will begin this spring and is set to air next year, according to Billboard. Knight and rapper/producer Dr. Dre co-founded Death Row Records in 1991.
It is considered one of the most influential hip-hop labels and boasted artists including Snoop Dogg, late rapper Tupac Shakur, and the Outlawz.
